The firm is looking to expand its Commercial and Property team and is looking for an experienced 3-4 PAE Lawyer to join their reputable practice.

THE ROLE

The firm is looking to expand its Commercial and Property team and is looking for an experienced 3-4 PAE Lawyer to join their reputable practice. Largely centred on commercial, property and leasing law you will be involved in the following:

  • General commercial property matters
  • Residential property and conveyancing matters
  • Business sales and acquisitions
  • Commercial and retail leasing
  • Drawing and drafting general commercial contracts
  • Mortgage and security law and documentation.

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate must have:

  • Excellent knowledge of property/retail leasing law
  • Experience in general commercial law
  • Good commercial drafting skills
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Ability to effectively supervise and mentor junior peers and support staff
  • Attention to detail;
  • Ability to undertake legal research.

The firm is looking to expand its existing family law department and this is a new role. The firm seeks an enthusiastic solicitor to join the team to undertake predominately family law work.

THE ROLE

The successful candidate must:

  • Be admitted to practice and have experience in family law;
  • Have experience in handling family law matters from start to finish;
  • Be able to operate independently;
  • Be able to appear personally or brief counsel where appropriate.
